Important Note: Digital services constitute the main offerings of Numero Clinnic, which include consultation services and online reports. The policy describes the methods by which digital products will be delivered to customers.

Delivery Method:

Our digital resources and consultation results will be sent to your email address after you finish your consultation or complete your purchase. The email will feature a reporting link for you to download your purchased documents alongside any additional consultation notes provided through email attachments.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Consultations: The consultation notes, along with insights and recommendations, will reach you through email within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment.
• Reports: Purchasers of reports will automatically get email delivery within 24 hours after their purchase confirmation is verified.
• Educational Resources: Educational resources become available for immediate download at the moment you purchase them.

Please note: Delivery times experience variations because of technical conditions. You will receive a notification about unexpected delivery delays.

Your Responsibility:

As a Numero Clinnic member, you must provide a valid email address that we can use to contact you. Check your spam folder when your delivery email does not arrive during the time period mentioned earlier.

No Refunds:

Our Refund Policy (access link on site) establishes that all fees remain non-refundable for digital services, including consultation reports and educational content, regardless of any situation.
